By using the MIU Course Registration Portal, you agree to abide by all university rules and regulations. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Unauthorized use or access is strictly prohibited. The university reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Follow these clear, step-by-step instructions to complete your course registration.

Login:

Use your Matric Number (e.g., MIUSTD2020255) as username and the default password 12345.

Verify Profile:

Verify your Name, Department, Faculty and Level.

Change Password:

Change your password for security. You will be redirected to login after changing it.

Upload Passport:

Go to "Update Passport" and upload a recent passport-size photo.

Register Courses:

Select courses confirmed by your Level Coordinator. Use checkboxes or the search box to add courses.

Tick checkboxes next to courses then click 'Add Selected' or search by Course Code/Title and click 'Add'.
Ensure course selection matches your curriculum and credit requirements.

Review & Submit:

Review selected courses and submit for approval.

Print Documents:

Download/print your Course Registration Slip and Examination Card (if fees have been paid).

Important Guidelines

Registration closes on the 4^th of December, 2025.
Contact your Departmental Advisor for guidance on which course(s) to register.
Keep your proof of payment; contact Bursary for fee discrepancies.
Contact the ICT Directorate for any technical issues.
